About Me
Effective treatment begins with understanding the whole person behind the symptoms
Clinical Massage Therapist - Jayden Smith
I am a Clinical Massage Therapist with over twenty years of experience helping people reduce pain, improve movement, and support long-term musculoskeletal health.
Over the years, my training and clinical experience have deepened my understanding of how the human body moves, adapts, and responds to injury, stress, and the physical demands of everyday life. I combine assessment, hands-on techniques, and clinical experience to develop treatments that are tailored to each person's individual needs and goals.
My work is informed by an understanding of the relationship between the body, stress, and overall wellbeing. While my focus remains on musculoskeletal concerns, I recognise that factors such as stress, lifestyle, movement patterns, and everyday demands can all influence how the body experiences tension, discomfort, and movement.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I take time to understand what may be contributing to your symptoms before selecting the treatment techniques that best support your recovery. Sessions may incorporate a range of therapeutic massage approaches designed to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, restore movement, and help you return to the activities that matter most to you.

My professional development has also included further study in psychotherapy and relational approaches. While my work remains focused on clinical massage therapy and musculoskeletal health, this additional training has deepened my understanding of the relationship among physical symptoms, stress, emotional well-being, and how life experiences can influence the body. It complements my clinical practice by encouraging me to consider the whole person and to provide personalised, evidence-informed treatment.
