All prices include GST.
Choosing the right appointment length depends on your goals, the areas you would like addressed, and whether you are seeking focused treatment or a more comprehensive session.
45 Minutes – Focused Treatment
Suitable when you have a specific area you would like addressed, such as neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, or a particular area of muscular tightness.
60 Minutes – Most Popular Choice
A good option for addressing one or two areas of concern while allowing time for assessment, treatment, and a personalised approach.
90 Minutes – Comprehensive Treatment
Recommended when you have multiple areas requiring attention, ongoing or complex muscular issues, are recovering from injury, or would like a more thorough full-body treatment.

I offer personalised clinical massage treatments tailored to your individual needs, whether you are seeking relief from muscular tension, support with injury recovery, improved mobility, or relaxation, stress reduction and restoration. Each session includes time for discussion and assessment, allowing treatment to be tailored to your body, goals, and needs on the day.
Professional-quality PureFX massage balms are used during treatment. Please let me know before your appointment if you have allergies, sensitive skin, or ingredient concerns.
Payment
Payment can be made by electronic banking or cash on the day of your appointment. Electronic payments can also be arranged prior to your session.
Arrival at clinic
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment time. This allows time for a brief consultation, changing, and preparation so your treatment can begin in a relaxed and unhurried way.
Cancellations
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full appointment fee. Changes made on the day of your appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. To respect the time of all clients, your appointment may need to end at the scheduled time. Where possible, and depending on availability, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment.
