Payment
Payments must be received on the same day as the treatment session or electronic banking before the scheduled treatment session is accepted.
It understandable that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, traffic considerations, business meetings, and sickness are just a few reasons one might consider cancelling an appointment. In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience for all the following policies have been adopted:
Arrival at clinic
Please arrive for your appointment 5 - 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time as this allows you to have a consultation, change and prepare for the service. All services offered have a specific schedule, and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Cancellations
The total cost of the appointment will occur for absences or clients who fail to cancel within 24 hours. If you need to change your appointment on the day, a fee of 50% will occur.
Late Arrivals
Out of courtesy to all my clients, appointments will be automatically cancelled 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and charged according to the cancellation policy. With regret, late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment. In exceptional cases, and when times allow, I may accommodate a partial or complete appointment. This decision will be at my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.
Refunds
The therapist reserves the right to make the final decision on all refunds issued.
These policies are adopted to ensure that other clients and the therapist's time and efforts are respected and that your scheduled service is a stress-free and relaxing experience!
Booking ahead is recommended as Jayden often is not available at short notice.
The clinic offers you a multi-disciplinary clinic with massage therapy, chiropractic care, acupuncture, herbal medicine on-site so you can receive the best possible treatment—a private and relaxing healing space. We have a Friendly reception area with refreshments available to you on request - ask us. Wheelchair access and toilet facilities available. Parking on-site is also available however subject to other clients use. We are a central location and close to Westfield Mall.
